Small Group Training

Each class is limited to 6 class takers allowing the coach to give feedback on form for each individual. Everyone will have access to bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, specialty bars, slam balls, fan bikes and much more. The class structure starts with a group warm up, followed by two circuits of two to three exercises. The circuits are timed allowing class takers to move at their own pace and focus on themselves. When the circuits are complete, there is optional cardio on the fan bikes or glamour muscle finishers.

Digital Programming

If Home Team Training is not conveniently located for you, no problem! Marty can still program for you no matter where you are through the TrueCoach App. Through the application, you will get 4 week progressive programs guiding you to your fitness goals. When filling out the initial questionnaire, choose how many days per week you would like to workout, list the equipment you have available and the journey will begin from there. The workouts come with videos of Marty demonstrating and describing the movement and set up for the exercise. There is also a space for you to record your weights and or resistances. Clients can also take a video of themselves and post it to the App so Marty can watch the video and give you feedback on your form.

Communication and connecting members for better success

All members will be invited to a Slack Channel exclusively for Home Team Training. The Slack Channel will entail: General Announcements, Class Programming, Class Schedule, Fitness Tips, Nutrition Tips, Recipes, Networking, Music Suggestions (Every week each member must nominate a song they enjoy working out to. The songs will be compiled into playlists for the sessions.)
